Website terms

Terms governing the Dowodownik website, invited Google acquisition workflow, and contact form.

01

General information

The website at dowodownik.kodemia.pl is operated by Kodemia Paweł Skuza, Polish tax ID (NIP) 5732478560, al. Najświętszej Marii Panny 48/11, 42-217 Częstochowa, Poland, email: office@kodemia.biz.

These terms govern the public informational website and the form used to express interest in a technical demonstration.

02

Website and prototype status

  • Dowodownik is a private technology prototype and is not currently a public self-service product;
  • the website is informational and demonstrational;
  • roadmap descriptions present planned capabilities and do not guarantee their scope or delivery date;
  • demonstrations use synthetic data only.
03

Invited Google connection

An authorised operator may invite a user to a controlled Dowodownik workflow. The user signs in with Google and separately chooses whether to connect Gmail, a source Google Drive folder, or a destination Google Drive repository. Connecting Google does not authorise unrestricted acquisition: content is retrieved only after the user reviews metadata and explicitly approves the exact message or file and destination.

Source access is read-only. Dowodownik does not send, modify, mark as read or delete Gmail messages and does not modify or delete source Drive files. The separate repository connection may create and verify files used with the app in the destination selected by the user.

04

Client-controlled repository

Approved materials are transferred to a local or Google Drive repository selected and controlled by the client. Azure is a transfer processor, not the canonical custodian. The client is responsible for repository access, retention, availability and full backup. Dowodownik reports detectable checksum agreement and limitations but does not guarantee the integrity, authenticity, admissibility or future availability of the client's repository.

05

No legal services

Neither Dowodownik, Kodemia Paweł Skuza nor the website content provides legal services or advice or assesses the admissibility, credibility or evidential weight of materials. Technical information does not replace advice from a lawyer, data protection officer or other qualified professional.

06

Contact form

The form is intended only for enquiries about a demonstration, pilot or potential cooperation. Submitting it does not automatically create a contract or an obligation to provide an offer. Responses are provided subject to team availability.

  • information provided should be accurate and current;
  • users must not submit real case files, special-category data, professional secrets or confidential documents;
  • the form must not be used for spam, unlawful content or attempts to compromise security.
07

Technical requirements and availability

Use requires an Internet-connected device, an up-to-date JavaScript-capable browser and an active email address for correspondence. Access may be temporarily limited for maintenance, security, outages or infrastructure-provider issues. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

08

Intellectual property

The content, name, visual identity, code, architecture, graphics and Dowodownik concept are legally protected and belong to Kodemia Paweł Skuza or are used under licence. Using the website transfers no intellectual-property rights. Content may not be copied, distributed or exploited without prior permission except where permitted by mandatory law.

09

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and current, but materials concerning the prototype may change. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions based solely on website content, interruptions beyond our reasonable control, or external services and links. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10

Reports and complaints

Comments about the website may be sent to office@kodemia.biz. A report should describe the issue and, where possible, when it occurred. We will respond without undue delay, generally within 14 days.

11

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Polish law without prejudice to mandatory user protections. They may be updated when the website or legal requirements change. A new version applies when published and does not affect rights acquired before the change.
